1. Nature of Service
Taskiba is a digital SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. We do not sell or ship physical goods. All products and features offered by Taskiba are delivered electronically via the internet upon account activation.
2. Instant Access
Upon successful registration, your Taskiba account is activated immediately. Access to the platform, including all features available under your selected plan, is granted in real time — no waiting period or manual processing is required.
3. Service Availability
Taskiba strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for its platform. We deliver our service continuously, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Scheduled maintenance windows may temporarily limit access and will be communicated in advance via:
- In-app notifications
- Email alerts to registered account holders
- Status updates on our status page
4. Account Activation
After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to verify your account. Once verified, full access to your Taskiba dashboard is delivered immediately. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
5. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades
When you upgrade your subscription plan, the additional features and increased limits are delivered to your account instantly upon payment confirmation. When you downgrade a plan, changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted access for the current period.
6. Free Trial Delivery
All new users are eligible for a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. During this period, you receive full access to Taskiba's features. The trial is activated immediately upon sign-up, and no additional steps are needed to begin using the service.
7. Feature Updates & New Releases
New features, improvements, and updates to the Taskiba platform are delivered automatically to all users. You do not need to take any action to receive updates — your service is always running the latest version. Major releases may be announced via email or in-app notifications.
8. Data & Exports
You may export your data from Taskiba at any time through your account settings. Exports are generated and delivered as downloadable files within your dashboard. Large exports may take a few minutes to prepare; you will be notified when your file is ready.
9. Third-Party Integrations
Taskiba may offer integrations with third-party tools and services. Delivery and availability of these integrations depend in part on the third-party providers. We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by third-party services outside of our control.
